Wayne Andersen

Wayne Magnus Andersen, age 69, died on January 29, 2022. He was born on August 3, 1952 in Sioux City, Iowa. Wayne grew up in the home of Reverend Magnus and Dorothy Andersen, long-time church planters and pastors in the Assemblies of God. The family moved every two to three years because the family would hold tent revivals in towns without a church. Once they established a solid following, they would then build a church in that community. Wayne had an older sister named Linda and a younger sister named Glennette. All the family members would work with their parents supporting the work of the ministry.

After graduating high school, he attended North Central Bible College and worked as a General Contractor and Real Estate Developer. He was a Church Planter in St Joseph Missouri - Living Waters Assembly of God and a long-time member of Calvary Assembly of God in Robinson, TX

He was preceded in death by his father, Magnus Andersen; mother, Dorothy Andersen; eldest sister, Linda Andersen; and his wife, Patricia Andersen. He is survived by his youngest sister, Glennette Christian; eldest son, Jeff Andersen and wife Sharleen; granddaughter, Breanna Andersen; youngest son, Derek Andersen; and grandson, Westin Andersen.
