Virginia Jeannette English

Virginia Jeannette English passed away into the arms of her Lord on August 31, 2016 at the age of 79. Jeanette was born to Johnny and Annie Walker in Frost, Texas and grew up in Penelope, TX. Moving to Spring, Texas in 1968 together she and her husband, Billy English, raised their four children, David, Kim, Greg, and Michelle. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who taught so many about the importance of family, enjoying life and the value of hard work.
Jeannette was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry and Annie Alvina Walker, and sisters, Jean Finney, Ouida Ruth Pace, Patricia Maxine Walker, Maxie Dee Glockzin and Deborah Dollins. She is survived by her loving husband Billy English of 57 years; son, David English and wife Julie; daughter, Kimberly Hudnall and husband Tom; son, Gregory English and wife Elizabeth; daughter, Michelle Williams and husband Brad; and grandchildren: Kristin Sharp, Christopher, and Michael English; Jason, Ryan, and Kaitlyn Hudnall; Brittney Sumrow, Dustin and Walker English; Garrett, Cole, and Lauren Williams. Jeannette is also survived by her brothers, John Henry Jr. Walker, Billy Dean Walker; sisters, Charlene VonPohle, Glenda Krizman, Claudia Cheairs and Sandra Davidson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4 until 6 pm on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Christ Church United Methodist, 6363 Research Forest Dr., The Woodlands, Texas. A funeral service will also be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 5, 2016 at Christ Church United Methodist with Pastor Dr. Dan Hannon officiating. Burial will follow at Walling Cemetery in Malone, Texas.
