Tracy Lee Mathis

Tracy Lee Mathis, age 49, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 16, 2012 at her home in Conroe, Texas. She was born on December 11, 1962 in Montgomery, Alabama. Tracy was a fun loving person that loved any kind of animal with which she came in contact. She loved her cats, Cheetos, Dirty Face, and Biscuit. Tracy traveled many places throughout the United States with her husband and made many friends along the way. She was preceded in death by her father, Wade Earl Brooks; her mother, Jacquina Lail Dismukes; and her brother, Tyrone Jack Canterbury. She is survived by her husband, James Douglas Mathis; sons, Lee and Chase Powell; step daughter, Cristi Coffin; granddaughter, Shelby Powell; grandson, Caden Coffin; sisters, Tamara Brown and Tonia Pugh; and many other beloved family and friends too numerous to list. Tracy will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew her and will be remembered for her beautiful blue eyes.
