Steven Edward Caskey

Steven Edward Caskey, age 53, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2013 at this home in Conroe, Texas. Steve was born on November 15, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas. He grew up in Austin before moving to Conroe, where he graduated from Conroe High School. He worked for Bond Brick for 18 years and spent the last 18 working for Carol's Lighting. Steve was preceded in death by his father, Howard E. Caskey. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 30 years, Beverly Anne Caskey; daughter, Jaime Anne Caskey-Wilson and husband Shane; son Cliffton Shane Caskey; grandchildren, Kadence Nicole Caskey, Ryan Hunter Caskey, Nevaeh Lynn Wilson and Faith Elizabeth Wilson; mother, Margaret Caskey; and siblings, Janet McGowen, Brenda Radke and husband Milton, Linda Callen and husband Barry and Barbara Hughes and husband Tommy. Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning at 11 am on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N. Frazier, Ste 115, Conroe, Texas 77301, where a 1 pm funeral service will be held. There will be a benefit for the family of Steve Caskey. Beverly and Steve lost their home to a fire on September 2, 2013. We want to show our love for the Caskey family by raising funds to reimburse for funeral expenses and do all we can to provide assistance to Beverly for living expenses. Beverly is currently staying with relatives, as she has yet to replace her home and personal items. This is an amazing family who needs our love and support now more than ever. We will be celebrating what woould have been Bev and STeve's 30th wedding anniversary with a fish fry benefit at the Conroe V.F.W. Hall. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Events to include live music, auction, 50/50 raffle, cake walk, booze basket and much more!! Fried fish plates to include: fish, fries, cole slaw, hush puppies and fixings for $10.00 per plate. We will be collecting auction items, food and cash donations, and volunteers for as much help as we can provide.
