Sharron Ann Warren

March 1, 1945 — November 1, 2025

The Woodlands, TX

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharron Ann Warren, aged 80, who departed this life on November 1, 2025, in The Woodlands, Texas. Born on March 1, 1945, in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada, Sharron was the cherished only child of Hugh McMaster Sharpe and Neva June Sharpe, who preceded her in death.

Sharron was a woman of incredible strength and love, whose life was intertwined with the hearts of many. She met her devoted husband, Don Warren, at the tender age of 17 on a hayride, having lived just four miles apart in their hometown of Fort Erie. Their connection blossomed into a beautiful marriage on July 30, 1966, and for 64 wonderful years, they journeyed through life together—side by side as best friends. Their love story was marked by incredible adventures that took them around the globe. They spent their years living in Edmonton, Calgary, Victoria, Malta, Ireland, Thailand, and a significant chapter in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Bahrain, where they lived for 17 years before retiring and returning to The Woodlands, Texas, as home base and summering in their second home in Bayfield, Canada, near the shores of Lake Huron.

As a mother, Sharron was a guiding light to her children: Christopher Hugh Warren, Nisa Elizabeth Warren, and April Dawn Warren. She was also the loving mother of Dawn Michelle Warren, a stillborn daughter who preceded her in death in 1968. Her unwavering support and affection created a nurturing environment that allowed her family to thrive.

Christopher, alongside his partner Ilia Rene, blessed Sharron with five beloved grandchildren: Sean and Kate Warren, and Kaeden, Daphne, and Delayne Fox.

Nisa’s family added four more beautiful grandchildren to the legacy: Olivia, Neve, Hugh, and Grey Scott.

April’s partner, Geoff Landrey, and April’s three boys—Josh, James, and Jack Yuhaz—complete this loving circle.

Each grandchild held a special place in Sharron’s heart, and she made it her life’s mission to ensure that they all felt uniquely cherished through thoughtful surprises and gifts that reflected their individual personalities.

Sharron was a devoted daughter, an adoring wife, a beloved mother, and a doting grandmother—affectionately known as Nana. Her family meant the world to her, and her bonds with them were profound. Sharron was not only the strongest person her family ever knew but also their biggest fan, offering encouragement and love unconditionally. The bond she shared with each of her children was uniquely special; she formed an unbreakable connection with each of them, woven with love, resilience, and unwavering support.

Sharron was known for her infectious laughter and her love of humor. She delighted in a clever joke and could find something to laugh about in nearly every situation. Her sense of fun brought lightness to those around her, and she had a soft spot for a good practical joke—especially when she was the one pulling it. Her laughter was often the spark that turned ordinary moments into cherished family memories, and her playful spirit will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

A woman of many interests, Sharron possessed a quick sense of humor and a passion for reading. She was always the voice of caution, reminding her loved ones to drive safely, especially when tired. Her happiest moments were those spent in the company of her family, where laughter and love filled the air. Sharron lived for adventure and travel and spent much of her life with Don exploring the world—Brighton, London, Ireland, Thailand, the UK, Bayfield, Ontario, and the Texas Hill Country standing out as some of her favorite destinations.

The loss of Sharron leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family and friends. Her legacy will live on through the countless memories shared, the lives she touched, and the love she imparted to everyone around her.

A private funeral service will be held to honor Sharron’s life and the immense impact she had on those who were fortunate enough to know her. In this time of great sorrow, we ask that everyone keeps her spirit alive through the love and memories they share.

Sharron Ann Warren, you will always be remembered as a loving wife, an extraordinary mother, and a cherished grandmother. Your love will forever remain a guiding light for your family as they navigate life without you. Rest in peace, dear Sharron. Your journey has just begun in a place where you are reunited with your beloved parents and precious daughter, Dawn Michelle, and continue to watch over your family with love.
