Schon William Smith

Schon William Smith, age 22, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at his home in Willis, Texas. He was born on October 18, 2000, in Conroe, Texas to Shanna Riley (Shea) and Michael William Smith.

Schon was born and raised in the Conroe and Willis area. He was a happy child, easy going and loved sports & video games. Schon played little league baseball and did well in school. He loved hanging out with this friends and gaming. He graduated high school and started working at Wal-Mart. Schon spent time working at different places and finally found a place he loved working at, Vape Texas with his cousins, Caden & Clara. He enjoyed spending time with his sisters and their families. He was very protective of his baby sister, Brooklyn.

Schon was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Riley Shea & Thomas Smith, Sr.; his uncle, Casey Shea and his aunt, Caye Korer. He is survived by his parents; siblings, Emily Seay & husband Walter Seay, Amanda Rooney & husband Donnie Rooney, Brooklyn Smith; aunts & uncles, Tom & Candace Smith, Kelly & Kent Lewis, Leslie & Troy Milana, Clayton & Brandi Lorenz; grandparents, Sherry & Tony Davis and Alisa Shea; also, many cousins, nieces, nephews & beloved friends that will miss him dearly.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Northside Baptist Church, 701 N FM 3083 W, Conroe, TX 77303. Tom Smith will be officiating the service. The family will be receiving friends beginning at 2:00 PM. There will be a reception following the service at the Willis Community Center, 109 West Mink Street, Willis, TX 77378.
