Sarah Ann Walker

Sarah Ann Walker, age 74, passed away on December 15, 2012. She was born on May 17, 1938 in Center, TX and raised in Highlands, TX. Sarah was a hard worker, starting her first job at the age of 14. That dedication to responsibility developed into an executive assistant position in the oil and gas industry. Later, she managed operations for the family business, Walker Heating and Air, for many years. Sarah devoted even stronger love and commitment to her family. She was a loving mother and wife and wanted only the best for those around her. She made a house feel like home and always put her family first. Some of her most enjoyable memories were spent with her family when the children were young. Her favorite way to spend time on Saturday afternoons was to watch her kids play football and cheerlead. Once her grandchildren arrived, they instantly became the loves of her life. Sarah was an intriguing and multi-talented woman who loved fashionable clothes and had a passion for interior decorating. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents Otto and Naomi Bridwell. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles H. Walker; daughter, Trina Turner and husband Chris; son, Mark Walker and wife Ofelia; grandchildren, Quentin Cooper and Madyssen Walker; and numerous relatives and friends.
