Robert Wayne Faust, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2016. He was born on April 24, 1961 in Jacinto City, Texas, where he lived until he was 2. He lived in Caldwell, Texas until he was 10 and then moved to Bryan, Texas for a few years before settling in Arkansas. Robert loved hunting, fishing, camping and playing football with his grandsons. His grandchildren were his life. Robert was very active in Splendora little league football. He had been a construction superintendent in the Houston area and now owned R&G Wild Game Processing in Splendora.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Holman; son, Jerry Hebert; and nephew, Shannon Faust. He is survived by his wife, Greta Faust; children, Ashley and Terry Hebert; grandchildren, Preston Lewis, Jerry Lewis, Alison Hebert, Abbi Hebert and Presence Lewis; his father, Joe Robert Faust and step mother Marionette; brothers, James Faust and wife Richelle and Brian Scott and wife Olga; step-sisters, Kelli Rigotti and Debra McGauch; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Friends are invited to visit with the family beginning at 3 pm on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N. Frazier at Wilson, Ste 115, Conroe, Texas 77301, where a 4:30 pm funeral service will follow. Graveside services and interment will be held in the Willis Resthaven Cemetery.
