Patsy Jean (Massey) Horton

July 19, 1929 — September 9, 2014

Patsy Jean (Massey) Horton of Panorama Village, Texas passed away on September 9, 2014. Patsy was born July 19, 1929 in Houston to the late Archie and Florine Massey.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, John W. Horton; son, John Blair and wife Carole; son, Patrick Lee and wife Heidi; four grandchildren, Holly, Jonathan, Reagan and Jordan; sister, Margaret Flo Snyder and husband Robert; and many loving nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were sister, Frances Abendroth and husband Bert.

Following graduation from Pasadena High School in 1947, she attended East Texas Baptist College and the University of Houston. Starting her career as a secretary, she worked for the Austin Company Builders and Engineers, then Champion International Paper Company for 35 plus years where she retired as an Inventory Analyst in 1986.
