Patricia Ann Barnhill

April 1, 1954 — June 26, 2025

Patricia Ann Barnhill, beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025, at the age of 71. She was born on April 1, 1954, and lived a life marked by devotion—to her family, her work, and the many passions that brought her joy.

Patricia dedicated much of her career to the auto parts industry, most notably at Advance Auto, where she became a trusted and respected figure in the community. Her customers didn’t just come for parts—they came for her. Known for her deep knowledge, unwavering dedication, and warm presence, she built lasting connections with the people she served.

While she was raised in the Catholic faith, in recent years Patricia found comfort and curiosity in exploring a variety of church services on television. Her spirituality, much like her life, was marked by openness and quiet strength. Patricia was an artist at heart. Her love of photography led her to create a studio in her garage, where she spent countless hours capturing moments and memories. In recent years, she found peace and purpose in her backyard oasis, tending to her garden and koi pond, and feeding the squirrels and birds that visited her daily. More recently, she embraced drawing, often sharing creative times with her granddaughters, Charlee and Skylie. The bond they shared through art will be one of the many lasting legacies she leaves behind.

She is survived by her devoted son Charlie, her loving brother Randy—who was a constant source of support during her treatments—and her cherished granddaughters, Charlee and Skylie.
Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenny Charles Barnhill Sr, Married on March 17, 1982, they shared 18 joyful years together filled with love, laughter, boating adventures, and time spent at the deer lease.

Patricia’s quiet strength, gentle spirit, and loving presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She will live on in the hearts of those she touched—with every blooming flower, every sketch made by little hands, and every customer who remembers the woman who made them feel seen and cared for.

A private service will be held by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take a moment to feed the birds, plant a flower, or create something beautiful in her memory.
