Pablo Luis Diaz

July 24, 1956 — July 26, 2023

Pablo Luis Diaz, 67, was born in Natividad, Oaxaca Mexico on July 24, 1956 to Pablo Hernandez Diaz and Petracruz Flores Diaz. He passed away on July 26, 2023 in Conroe, Texas.
Pablo Diaz was a very smart and intelligent child who came over from Mexico to the United States at the very young age at 5 years old. Even though he didn’t know English, he learned it quickly and helped his parents, Pablo & Petra Diaz, navigate and translate for them here in the United States. As a child, he was always recognized as a straight “A” student in both school and the Houston Chronicle. He graduated from the Class of 1975 of Reagan High School, later attending the University of Houston. He was a long-term successful owner of Pro Carpet Installations for over 20 years, a top collector at LTD financial, and a My New Home Realty real estate agent.
Pablo is preceded in death by both parents. He is survived by his children, Alicia Flor Diaz, Pablo Joey Diaz, Kathryn Paulette Diaz, Zulema Marisa McManigal, Pauline Annabell Diaz, Marisol Oralia Diaz, Luis Jonathan Diaz; grandchildren, Annelisa Marie Cano, Olivia Jayla Cano, Zulema Ann McManigal, and Judah McManigal; siblings, Moses Flores Diaz, Miguel Flores Diaz, Hector Henry Diaz and Marycruz Flores Johnson; aunt Edith Flores, and his uncle Luis Flores.
Pablo was a great motivator, strong, passionate and most of all loved being a dad. Where there was weakness, he gave all his strength. His favorite past-times were dancing to disco music in the 70’s which then transitioned Tejano & country western dancing. One of his most favorite hobbies was fishing and water in general that also included snorkeling and swimming in Mexico. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed laughing and making other people laugh. He loved BBQing and making homemade tamales estilo Oaxaqueno for his family. He was a hard worker and a strong advocate for education.

“For Jesus Sake I will always do my best.” - favorite quote.
Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. - Hebrews 13:21
