Michael Rhea Brock, 77, passed away on March 16, 2025, doing what he loved—working. Born on February 27, 1948, Michael was a man of deep integrity, unshakable dedication, and unwavering loyalty. A devoted father, grandfather, and proud U.S. Army veteran, he lived his life with a sense of purpose that inspired all who knew him.
A true country cowboy at heart, Michael was renowned for his relentless work ethic and was often described as the hardest worker anyone had ever met. He served his country with pride during the Vietnam War, a chapter of his life that shaped his character and the values he held dear. Over the years, Michael built a successful career, owning and operating Emerald Masonry Stucco Supply for more than 25 years. His word was his bond, and he earned the trust and respect of his community by sealing every deal with a handshake.
Above all, Michael’s family was his greatest joy. He is survived by his daughter, Heather Brock; son, Cody Brock; daughter-in-law, Samantha Brock; grandchildren, Bridget Tindell, Grayson Brock, and Adalynn Brock; as well as his siblings, Robert L. Brock, Linda Whidden, and Barbara Payette.
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Eickenhorst Funeral Services.
In honor of Michael’s legacy, the family asks that attendees reflect on the core values he cherished: hard work, integrity, and loyalty to family and friends. Also, that it is five o clock somewhere. Though he will be deeply missed, Michael’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
