Justin Matthew Wallace Jr., 69, passed away at his home on February 4, 2024 following a short battle with cancer. He was born in Dewitt, Arkansas where he was raised in the rice fields and hunted and fished the Arkansas County woods and waters. Justin was baptized at 8 years old in Gillet, Arkansas, and went on to graduate from Gillett High School. Soon after he joined the Navy and a few years later called back home to work on the family farm. He ended up marrying the little blonde from his childhood, Judy. They were married on November 20, 1976 and spent 48 years celebrating life together. Justin and Judy moved from Arkansas to Montgomery County, Texas in 1985 where he went to work at TDCJ, and then later found a love for automobile a/c work at Auto Air of Conroe.
In early 2000, he ventured out on his own, starting Wallace Mobile AC Repair. Justin loved Arkansas Razorbacks, but called Conroe, Texas home for the remainder of his life. It is there that he chose to raise his three sons, while creating lifelong friendships through his business and visits at the local mechanic and tool shops. He took great pride in volunteering his time to his neighborhood community, Lake Forest Falls. Justin had a passion for enjoying a conversation and a laugh with any and all that he met, including those who worked at the local HEB. He never met a stranger and lived his life with honesty and integrity. He adored his wife and was a committed husband. His boys and grandchildren were his pride and joy. Justin impacted many lives with his sense of humor and hard work, but his legacy will continue on. He was loved by all who knew him, and he will be missed dearly.
Justin is survived by his Mother, Betty; wife, Judy of 48 years, sons Chris and wife Heather, Ryan and wife Michelle, Taylor and wife Danielle; and grandchildren, Dylan, Jayton, Rylee, Greenlei, Ryder, River and MarliMae; sisters, Brenda, Sarah and Joy.
