Judy Lynn Wallace, 70, passed away peacefully at her son’s home following a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer. After fighting the good fight, Judy won her battle and went home to be with Jesus, where she is now free from pain and rejoicing in His presence.
Judy was born on May 25, 1956, in Houston, Texas. She was the youngest of three children and spent her early years growing up and attending school in Pasadena.
As a young lady, Judy enjoyed visiting some of her family in Arkansas, where she met the love of her life, Justin. The two were married on November 20, 1976, and shared 48 beautiful years together. Their life was filled with love, family, and countless memories as they raised their three sons and welcomed seven grandchildren.
After Justin passed away, Judy found comfort and companionship in a special little cat named Salsa. Salsa filled a quiet space in Judy’s heart and became a loving companion during a difficult chapter of her life.
Judy also had a special love for sports. She loved watching both football and baseball, savoring every minute of each season. She was an avid fan who knew the players, followed the games closely, and especially enjoyed college football.
Judy is survived by her three sons, Chris and wife Heather, Ryan and wife Michelle, and Taylor and wife Danielle; her seven grandchildren, Dylan, Jayton, Rylee, Greenlei, Ryder, River, and MarliMae; her sister, Danelle; and her brother, Ricky. She also leaves behind a precious niece, Skyler, who held a very special place in Judy’s heart and became like a daughter to her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 48 years, Justin; and her parents, Raymond and Willie Mae Wilke.
