Jonathan L. Bolkovac

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of an extraordinary man, a loving father, and amazing husband. Jon passed peacefully surrounded by family at home September 26, 2023. Born on August 10, 1952, Jon had immense musical talent. He played keyboard in several bands like Sands of Time and Patches.

He was a entrepreneur and business owner. For over 15+ years he and his wife Nancy owned J&N video connections in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania. He was a pillar of the Lower Burrell,Natrona Heights, and Leechburg PA communities embracing his role with countless support for little leagues, local race car drivers, and local law enforcement.

He embraced fatherhood with an unmatched dedication that touched the lives of all who knew him. His love for his children and grandchildren knew no bounds, and he selflessly put their happiness and well-being above all else. As a father, Jon demonstrated valuable life lessons through his actions like the importance of hard work, integrity, and perseverance.

His impact extended far beyond his family. Jon was involved in multiple racing circles in western Pennsylvania for over 50 years. Racing was a hobby that became an obsession that brought him an abundance of joy. Traveling practically every weekend with his daughter Jayme, they ran multiple classes of cars all over the country from Dirt to Asphalt and anything in between.

He joined his beloved wife Nancy in heaven and is survived by his son Jonathan Bolkovac II, and his wife Rebecca, Daughter Jayme Beck, and her Husband Tommy, multiple grandchildren, and a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
