Mom
How lucky we are to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. Only a moment you
stayed, but what an imprint your footprints have left on our hearts. You were the beautiful
melody in the rhythm of our lives, the songs ended, but the melody lingers on. Momma, death
leaves a heartache no one can heal, but your love, your faith leaves a memory no one can
steal. To us you were more than just a person, but a place we felt at home. Our hearts are
fragile because of who you were in your family, your professional life, your social life, but most
importantly your spiritual life, and we’re broken but strong at the same time because of you,
Thank you. We understand that grief is the price we pay for love, we just miss you, we honor
you, we will mourn you, but one day we’ll join you. We love you, we cherish you…
