James Victor Luman

James Victor Luman, a cherished community member, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on January 5, 1968, in Jefferson City, Missouri, James carried the warmth and kindness of his small-town roots throughout his life, enriching the lives of those around him with his genuine spirit and unwavering friendship.

A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, James dedicated over 30 years to the custodial industry, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues through his diligence and integrity. His commitment to service mirrored his dedication to community—a devotion that saw him become a steadfast friend to anyone in need.

Many will remember James not only for his work but for the compassionate hand he extended to those around him, leaving a lasting impact on countless people.

He was survived by his two sisters Tammy Squires of Louisiana, Tracey Luman of Splendora and his Niece Debra and husband Aaron of Conroe, and numerous other Nieces, Nephews and cousins. He is proceeded in death by his mother Sandra Luman, Dad Henry Luman and Sister Julie Luman.
