Jackie Royce Robertson, age 92, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2026, at Ridgewood Nursing Home in The Woodlands, Texas. He was born on March 29, 1934, and lived a life characterized by faith, hard work, humor, and love for family and friends.
Jackie was a member of the College Park Church of Christ and was known for his quiet devotion to God and love for his fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
Jackie dedicated many years of his career to Maxwell House Coffee, working in the Human Resources Department and as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, where he earned the respect of his coworkers through his strong work ethic and dependability. Following his retirement, he remained active by working as a courier for several businesses, enjoying the opportunity to continue serving others and meeting new people.
Anyone who knew Jackie knew he loved to laugh and tease. He found joy in teasing those he loved.
He lived independently until he was 91, when his age and health required more care.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elvin and Bertie Robertson. He is survived by his brother, Billy Ray Robertson and wife, Dean; his nieces, Claudia Hicklin and husband, Tom; Cynthia McKey and husband, Bill; Carol Lane and late husband, Charles; his nephew, Clay Robertson and wife, Jamie; along with many beloved cousins, extended family members, and cherished friends.
