Helen Willard

Helen Willard, age 91, was born to parents, Ann and Henry Szymaszek, on July 3, 1927, in Detroit, Michigan, and passed away on July 5, 2018, in Conroe, TX. Helen worked at AMF Tuboscope for many years as a keypunch operator, and various businesses to support her family. She was a very loving and caring person, and was affectionately known as “Gamall” by all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Helen was a devoted catholic and attended Sacred Heart Church in Conroe, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ray Szymaszek, sister, Rita McCoubrey, John Willard, son, Greg Willard, daughters, Patricia McAdams, and Paulette Willard.

Helen is survived by her daughters, Laura Haugen and Nancy Robb; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Mathena, Katrina Gallagher, Heather Neisen, John McAdams, Katie Rockefeller, Mary Hime, Patrick McAdams; six great grandchildren (and counting); and numerous nieces, nephews and many close friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N. Frazier at Wilson, Suite 115, Conroe, Texas 77301.
