Gloria M. Wallace

Gloria M. Wallace, age 79, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017. She was born in Jacinto City, Texas. She loved to dance when she was young and enjoyed Blues music always. She worked as a paralegal before leaving to pursue her Associates Degree. She was a caregiver and a well-loved nanny. She had been a member of the Full Gospel Church. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis Melvin and Bessie Pearl Cordrey; her baby daughter, Elizabeth; son, Dana; grandson, Royal Lee Madden; and sister, Linda G. Potts. She is survived by her daughters, Jackie Gail Madden and Rhonda Lee Smith and her husband Mitch; grandchildren, Gregory Reynolds, Dana Madden, Madison Perry and Mason Smith; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Dennis Cordrey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:30 am until 11:30 am on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N. Frazier at Wilson, Suite 115, Conroe, Texas 77301. A funeral service will follow at 11:30 am in the chapel of Eickenhorst Funeral Services. Graveside services and burial will be held at 2 pm in the Independence Cemetery in Shiro, Texas.
