Elmer Luther Harper

Elmer Luther Harper, age 84, passed away on October 1, 2012 in Willis. He was born on June 11, 1928 in Camilla, TX. Elmer served his country as a Seaman in the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Harper; children Michael, Mark, and Timothy; parents, George and Viola Harper; brothers, Walter and George; and sister, Imagene. He is survived by his children, Jerry, Mandy, Melody, George, Gail, Kathy, David, Marti, Kristi, Kevin, Keith, LaTonya, and Allesia; brother, James; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
