Ella Pauline Steed

Ella Krupa Steed passed away on March 23rd, 2015 in Conroe, Texas of natural causes. Ella was born on December 10th, 1921 to John and Vilma Krupa in Richmond, Indiana. She graduated from Jackson Township High School in 1939, and married Robert F. Steed on June 28th, 1940 and together they spent 49 ½ wonderful years together.

Ella had six children, and enjoyed all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. She loved to travel, sing, bake and spend time with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, seven (7) brothers, two (2) sisters, daughter- Deborah Ray, and grand-daughter Andrea Schllachter.

She is survived by her children, Judith Kramer and husband Bernie, Robert and wife Bobby, Jon and wife Cheryl, Lynda Singer, Rick and wife Donna; as well as eleven grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and three great, great grandchildren; her youngest sister, Rose Czerlau and husband, Steve, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ella will have a memorial Mass on March 31, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 109 N Frazier St, Conroe, TX 77301 at 2:00 o’clock pm. She will be laid to rest with her husband at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association.
