Edgar Lloyd Francisco Hook, age 55, passed away on May 12, 2020 in Spring, Texas. He was born on June, 3, 1964 in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles to Ralph C. Hook and Zelma A. Milliard. He was a graduate of the MTS and the University of Curacao and made his career in the oil industry at Curaçao Oil Refinery, Valero Aruba and lastly as an API inspector at Rosen USA. Edgar enjoyed play as much as he did work. He was a former soccer player and a passionate fan of “Real Madrid” in Spain. However, his life was truly centered around his only child, his wife, his family and friends.
Edgar was preceded in death by his father. Those left to mourn his passing are his mother, Mrs. Zelma A. Milliard; wife, Mrs. Maureen Hook; son, Kevin J. E. Hook; siblings, Miriam Windefelde (St. Eustatius), Helena Windefelde (St. Eustatius), Eduardo Windefelde (St. Eustatius), Yvette Hook (Curaçao), Everard Hook (Holland), Edward Hook Sr. (Curaçao), Zahaira Vrutaal (Curaçao), Jermain Vrutaal (Curaçao), Nora Hook (St. Maarten); in-laws, Edward B. Betty, Jennifer, Edward G., Thyron Hooi and families of the USA; aunts and uncles, Murtis Arnoud (Curaçao), Almerick Milliard (Curaçao), Isolda Milliard (Curaçao), Malcom Milliard (Curaçao); nieces and nephews, Suzette and Wayne Pemberton (Curaçao), Arnette and Jurendel Ignacia (Curaçao), Mingery Hermelijn (Holland), Everd Hook (Holland), Davina Hook (Holland), Je-Anne Hook (Curaçao), Edward Hook Jr. (Curaçao), Joashim Hook (Curaçao), Thaїsha Whieskie (Holland), Gershwin Whieskie (Curaçao), Ashley Hook (Holland), Jadon Vrutaal (Curaçao); his former colleagues from Curaçao Oil Refinery, Valero Aruba, and Rosen USA; as well many other loved ones and friends that will miss him dearly.
