Edelou “LuLu” Richards Wunderlich, age 61, passed away on February 17, 2016. She was taken from us by here Lord at 11:25 in the morning surrounded by her family and her beloved companions Fox and her grand dogs Jaeger & Freya. She went home peacefully in her sleep as feeling of serenity fell over the house.
She was born in Ft. Worth and moved throughout Texas as a youth as her father was in the US Air Force. She graduated from Riesel High School. Her main love in life was being a homemaker, mother and wife. She worked in sales at the family appliance business and for several years was a DJ in Brenham. Her lifelong goal was to make people laugh and helping those in need anyway she could.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Tina Louise Dabbs and Willard “Buck” Richards; her father in-law, Morris Wunderlich; and brother in-law, Wendell Crunk Sr. She is survived by her husband, Rodney Wunderlich; daughters, Ashley Sinclair and Lindsey and husband Graig Harrison; Mother's in-law Verna Mae Wunderlich and Joyce Wunderlich; grandchildren, Carmynn and Adilynn Lange; and sister, Julianna Crunk, brothers in-law, Kenton Wunderlich Sr., Jasper Mercer, Roy Mercer and wife Wanda, and sister in law Pamela Gomez along with numerous other family and friends too numerous to mention but no less loved. The family will be available before and after the celebration to meet and share stories about LuLu.
