Doyle Lynn Scott

Doyle Lynn Scott, age 41, passed away on January 12, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 16, 1969 in Houston to Sidney LaRoy and Charlotte Estelle Scott of Willis. A 1988 graduate of Willis High School, he worked for Service Refrigeration in Humble. A dedicated family man, he was very involved in all the numerous activities in which his children participated.He is preceded in death by grandparents, Sidney Taylor Scott, Newton Horace Messer, Alva S. Jones and Mrytle Mae Bledsoe; aunts, Betty Harris, Peggy Alyne and Karen Jones; uncles, Bobby Joe Scott and Michael Jones. He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Shawna Scott; daughter, Bethany Dowlearn; sons, Devin and Chastian Scott; granddaughter, Erinn Bailey Bosley, all of Willis; siblings, Charles and wife Robbie Scott of Willis, Kelly and husband David Bach of Spring, and Sammy and wife Sabrina of Spring; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, family and friends too numerous to mention.Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N. Frazier, Ste. 115, Conroe, TX. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 17, 2011 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services.
