David Hale, age 70, passed away in his home on August 6, 2018, surrounded by his loving family in Magnolia, Texas. He was born in Levelland, Texas on June 15, 1948 to Billie Joe Hale and Sara Jo McMillian Hale. David was the first of four children, followed by his brother, Terry and sisters, Janice Hannen and Kathy Clark. He graduated from Foson High School and the enlisted in the United States Army, where he spent three years and fought in Vietnam. After his service, he went home to work for his father, drilling large water wells for the different cities. He married Debbie and together they had three daughters, Juanita, Jessica, and Vannessa.
Later on, he moved to Magnolia with his family and went to work for the next 21 years, serving customers and friends he loved at Burger King in Tomball, Texas. He never met a stranger and had so many friends in lots of areas. David was a member of Central Baptist Church and was proud of his faith and love for God, as well his friends and family. He had read the bible from beginning to end, three times. He spent his last years with his family, being cared for by his sister, Janice and his nephew, JT Clark and wife Alexis, as well as children, Kelly, Kyle, and Evan. He will be dearly missed and forever loved.
A man filled with love and always had a funny joke and smile.

The funeral service will take place at Houston National Cemetery on August 14, 2018 at 2:15 P.M. located at 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive Houston, TX 77038.
