Christina Noel Murphy passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 16, 2025, while at a long-term rehabilitation facility in Montgomery County, Texas.
She was born on December 25, 1967, to Donna Diane Davis and John Albert LePage Jr. Christina graduated from Central Senior High School in 1985 and went on to build a career in accounts receivable and collections, a field in which she worked for nearly 20 years before falling ill.
Christina had a passion for reading, especially novels by James Patterson and Dean Koontz. She loved spending evenings at the bingo hall and had a fondness for all things Winnie the Pooh and Betty Boop. She cherished time with friends, whether out at a gathering or relaxing at home. Music was always a part of her life—she especially enjoyed classic rock and 90s country.
Those who knew Christina will remember her as a warm, caring soul with a heart of gold. She was strong-minded, outspoken (with almost little to no filter), and had an unforgettable sense of humor. Her laughter was infectious, her smile could light up any room, and her presence made every moment brighter, even in the dimmest of moments.
She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Donna and her father, John. She is survived by her son, Bernard Anthony Murphy Jr., who will forever carry her love and spirit in his heart.
Fulfilling her final wishes, her ashes will be scattered along the shores of Ocean City, Maryland - a place where some of her fondest childhood memories were made. A celebration of her life will be celebrated at a later date, when friends and family can join together to honor her memory. May the memories of Christina bring comfort and peace to all who knew and loved her. Her light will continue to shine through the joy and love she shared with so many.
“If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together, keep me in your heart, I’ll stay there forever.” - Winnie-the-Pooh, A.A Milne
