Charles Conrad Tilotta was born on July 9, 1935 in Houston, Texas and went to be with the Lord on February 25, 2015 at the age of 79 years old.
He was born to Joseph Jean Tilotta and Evelyn Harvey Tilotta. He is survived by his children, Connie Tilotta Brown and husband Tony, Charles Conrad Tilotta Jr., Jared Elliott Tilotta, and Jeremy Charles Tilotta. Charles became a grandfather in his early 30’s and a great grandfather in his 40’s. At the time of death, Charles was a great, great grandfather. Charles has 7 grandchildren, Lisa Hartley, Cynthia Ricks, Wesley Smith, Marilyn Lozano, Adrian Elliott Tilotta, Jacob Brian Tilotta, Lily Marie Tilotta; 3 adopted grandchildren, Daniel Brown, Jatanna Brown, Crystal O'Neal; 14 great grandchildren, Kandi Lane, Jr. Lane, Miranda Slaughter Warren, Chevy Hartley, Gracie Hartley, Faith Hartley, Amber Floyd, Wesley Tyler Gavitt, Shelby Smith, Alyssa Smith, Daylon Smith, Kayden Smith, Jackson Lozano, Jake Ryan Lozano; and 5 great, great grandchildren. He is also survived by his twin brother, Louis Nelson Tilotta and wife Ann; and his sister, Sharon Tilotta Aaron and husband Paul. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Evelyn Tilotta; his oldest brother, Joseph Jean Tilotta Jr.; and his maternal grandmother, Adele Harvey Klopp, who became like a mother to him.
Charles attended Southern Bible College and pastored a church in the 1960’s. Currently, he attended The Pointe Fellowship in Tomball, Texas. Charles had memorized many scripture passages over the years. If the pastor would speak a Bible verse in his sermon, it was likely that those sitting near Charles would hear him repeat the entire chapter from the Bible. Charles loved to sing and play the guitar.
