Brian went to be with the Lord on May 23 at his home in Magnolia, TX.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 6, 2022 in The Robb Chapel of The Woodlands Methodist Church, 2200 Lake Woodlands Dr, The Woodlands, Texas, 77380. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. There will be a reception after the service. The family will provide an organization to make donations and contributions to in lieu of flowers in time.
Brian was born February 1, 1976 in Freeport, Texas to Gary and Judy Bogan. He was baptized on March 21, 1976 and confirmed in March 1988 in the Methodist faith. Brian graduated from Brazoswood High School in 1994. On March 13, 1999 he married the love of his life, Erica. They were blessed with a baby boy, Cameron O’Neil in 2002 and another boy, Hayden Hampton in 2009. Brian graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business in December 2004. While attending Sam Houston he was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. After graduation, he had a career in sales in the plumbing industry.
Brian was a wonderful, loving father and husband, and he dedicated much of his time to his family. He loved life and loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved God and had a patriotic love for his country. He was an avid sports fan and loyally followed the Dallas Cowboys and Texas A&M Aggies. Brian also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and coaching his sons’ sports teams. He was a baseball dad to countless young ball players.
Brian is survived by his wife Erica and sons, Cameron and Hayden of Magnolia; his parents, Gary and Judy Bogan of Washington; his brother, Brad and wife Sherri and nieces Addie and Kaylin of Washington; sister-in-law Erin and brother-in-law Jason Cobb, nephews Noah and Jackson of Lake Jackson; brother-in-law Byron White and nephew Gavin White and niece Charlotte White of Lake Charles, LA; aunt and uncle Jean and Jesse Mitchell of Sugar Land; aunt Deb Pinion of Austin; cousins Lauren and David Keef of The Woodlands, Christine and Eric Williams of Missouri City, Wade Fuqua of Navasota, Kim Pinion and Kyle Pinion of Austin.
