Billy Ray Jordan

Billy Ray Jordan, 56, passed away on January 13th, 2021. He was born in Dallas, Texas on February 10th, 1964. After moving to Houston, TX. He spent his childhood playing with his brother and sister. He also loved riding his bike and playing with his toy cars and his yellow toy school bus. He also had a love for catching crawfish with his sister, so much so that he started selling them to the nursery as fishing bait, he was making money at only three years old! He loved spending his time fishing and doing anything outdoors with his family. He also attended Booker High School. He worked in the Concrete Industry for 35 years, first for Post Tension followed by Yancey Concrete. He loved spending time with his family, and he loved his girls very much.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Richard Jordan; and brother, Ricky Jordan. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Jordan; wife of 30 years Catherine Jordan; sister, Lynda Rabon; children, Angela Nelson; Christine Adkison; Amber Jordan; grandchildren, Hunter Nelson; Joshua Echols; Bristol Clark; Megan Condrey; Emily Condrey; Averi Haynes; Kassidy Haynes; Regan Haynes; Brianne Haynes; aunt, Jackie Scarbrough; uncle Joe Scarbrough. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations for St. Judes Children's Hospital.
