Billy Wray Fowler

Billy Wray "BW" Fowler, age 82, died on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. He was born on September 4, 1928 in Courtland, MS. Billy had a very giving heart and his generosity was responsible for jump starting numerous lives of those he came in contact with through the years. He was superintendent for Texaco Chemical construction and a 32nd degree Mason.Billy is survived locally by his caretakers, Bret and Kim Bartholet, their children who called him BB and whom he loved as if they were his grandchildren and a host of close friends he made while in the Conroe area. He is also survived by his sister, Ossie Fay White of Lufkin, TX; brothers, Doug and Harry Fowler of MS; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.BW will be sent home to Mississippi for services and burial.
