A celebration of life will be held for Ann Thomas Bazar at 10:30 am on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the First Assembly of God church, 3993 I-45 North, Conroe, TX 77304, with Pastor Lloyd Maddoux officiating. Interment will follow at 3 pm in the Bennett Cemetery in Groveton, TX. Friends are invited to visit with the family between 6 pm until 8 pm on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N. Frazier, Suite 115, Conroe, TX 77301.Ann was born on August 20, 1949 in Houston, TX to the late Gus and Mildred Pangarakis. She spent much of her childhood and graduated high school in Jasper, AR. She attended and played basketball and ran track at Ozark College in Branson, MO. Ann was in the banking business for twenty years. After marrying Ford Bazar, she worked with him at their business, Ford Realty. Ann was a very loving and compassionate wife, mother and friend. She was devoted to her lord and savior Jesus Christ. She was active in the church and loved life.Ann is survived by her loving husband, Ford; two precious daughters, Jennifer Thomas Woods and husband Bret and Amanda Bazar Dye and husband Dalton; son, Hal Bazar; and two grandsons, Hunter and Gunner Bazar. Also surviving Ann is a sister, Christine Pangarakis of San Antonio; a brother, Gus Pangarakis; mother-in-law, Mildred Bazar; two sisters-in-law, Kay Strickland and husband C.W. of Montgomery and Sue Bennett and husband Bill of Streetman, TX; and many other loving relatives and friends.The family asks that any donations be made to the building fund at First Assembly of Conroe at www.agconroe.org .
