Alan Craig Quinton

Alan Craig Quinton, age 58, passed away unexpectedly on December 8, 2012. He was born in Houston, TX on October 21, 1954. Alan grew up in Houston and attended college on a basketball scholarship before joining BNSF Railway as a yardmaster for over 30 years. He loved the outdoors and spending time in nature. Alan was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Quinton, his grandparents, and his sister, Phyllis Davis. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Sharon; stepson, Christian Ghali; mother, Ruby Quinton; sister, Brenda Makovy; uncle, Calvin Robertson; and numerous relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alan's name to the Alzheimer's Association Houston and Southeast Texas Chapter.
