    Vicki Quertermous Kee

    March 16, 1957 - February 6, 2022

Vicki Quertermous Kee, who was a force to be reckoned with, passed away on February 6, 2022, at the age of 64 after a short battle with cancer. She fought to the very end, and while losing her battle has taken her from this world, her memories will be with us forever. Vicki was born March 16, 1957, in Murray, Kentucky, the daughter of Chuck and Joyce Quertermous. A resident of Montgomery, Texas for the past 38 years. Vicki had worked as a Manger for Jack in the Box until she retired, worked for Old Montgomery Steak House where she was loved by many, and for Bricks and Sticks Realty. But the job she loved and cherished most was being a mother and Gigi to her daughters and grandsons. Living her life on her own terms, Vicki truly enjoyed the simple things, vacationing in their RV, spending quality time with her loved ones, watching football, shopping, cooking and so much more. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and world’s greatest Gigi. She loved her family and friends so much and showed it through everything she did. Vicki lived her life to the fullest. She was a shining star to so many. As we remember her, we know she would want us to move forward and live our best lives, just as she did. While we will miss her terribly, we are comforted knowing she is happy, healed, and reunited with loved ones who departed before her into heaven, her parents, Chuck and Joyce Quertermous; daughter; Casey Kee; niece, Brittney Quertermous. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Edward Kee; daughter, Skylar Kee; grandsons, Damien Shutt and Logan Kee; brother and sister-in-law, Rocky and Terri Quertermous; and sister, Sherri Hill. Along with numerous other family and friends. She is now our shining star watching from above. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 PM to 5 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Lake Conroe Forest Community Center, 601 Navajo Dr, Montgomery, TX 77316. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations and contributions be made to Vicki's GoFundMe page.
