Kathy Sue Adams Stockton, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2020. She was born on March 30, 1960 in Houston, Texas and grew up in Cypress, Texas, where she graduated from Cy-Fair High School and met her husband of nearly 30 years, James “Jimmy” Stockton. They married on June 30, 1987 and together they raised their daughter, Shawna at their family home in Montgomery, Texas. Kathy loved flowers, could name every type and worked as a floral designer for many years. She and Jimmy retired on Lake Conroe where Kathy continued to cultivate her passion for flowers at their lake house. She will always be remembered for her kind heart, her smiling face and her cheerful sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy; parents, Elton H. and Margaret Adams; and her brother, James “Bubba” Wiggins. She is survived by her daughter, Shawna Stockton; two sisters, Linda Ruble and Karen Sandel; and numerous nieces and nephews.
As the immediate family grieves and mourns, we understand the desire of friends and family to come together and mourn Kathy's passing, however, due to the current pandemic and social restrictions, memorial services will be held at a later date to be announced here.
