Dennis R. Nowicki

Dennis R. Nowicki, age 70, passed away on March 16, 2019. He was born on January 13, 1949 in Buffalo. He proudly served his country in the US Army with the military police during the Vietnam War. In 1978, he and his family moved to Houston, which he always felt was home. He worked as an insurance adjuster but his passion was helping disabled veterans and the Wall of Honor.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Richard and Esther Nowicki, and his sister, Karen Collins. Dennis is survived by his wife, Kathleen Nowicki; daughter, Kimberly Nowicki; son, Richard Nowicki and wife Libby; grandchildren, Stella Nowicki and Corey Long and Ryan Huggins.
A Celebration of his life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 1712 N. Frazier, Ste 115, Conroe, Texas 77301. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Trinity County Veterans, Wall of Honor Society, P.O. Box 2641, Trinity, Texas 75862. Donations will also be accepted at the service.
