Marketing Specialist

Pay: Base salary plus commission

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual to manage our marketing, advertising, and networking to increase brand awareness and case volume. This position will be responsible for managing all online advertising, social media accounts, distribution of promotional material, advertising our company and services on various media, coordinating the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels, participating in community organizations, networking during marketing events, and attending community events.


  • Promote our services during events
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
  • Advertise our company and services on various media
  • Plan seminars and seasonal events
  • Manage our websites and social media accounts
  • Develop newsletters and follow up strategies with client families

Requirements and skills:

  • A bachelors degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Public Relations or related field.
  • Familiarity with website management and social media platforms
  • Excellent computer skills (either Mac or PC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Good one on one communication skills
  • Experience with graphic design a plus
  • Funeral industry knowledge is desired but not required. This position will receive adequate training in the funeral industry.

On-Call Removal Assistant

On-Call Removal Assistant 

Reporting Relationship Removal Team Manager

This is an on call, subcontract position. Responsible for responding to removal calls and transporting the deceased from the place of death directly to the funeral home or Montgomery County Forensic Center. Must be available on nights and weekends and must be able to respond to a location within the hour of being called. If the candidate has a job elsewhere, they will be scheduled accordingly. Guaranteed an hour and a half pay per removal. If interested, please call to discuss details of schedule and pay.
